What is the design process

Designs are created by first talking with the Contractor or Client about what the purpose for their space will be. A layout is discussed and then translated in 3D. Multiple high quality renderings are sent back for approval. If renditions need to be made this process is repeated. Three Major renditions are included and more will be charged additional pricing.

Why do I need a 3D design?

A 3D design shows you and the client exactly what will work in the given space! It also provides critical measurements like decking square footage, building materials, and pool depth.

Who do you offer your services to?

These designs are offered to any general construction company or private party.

How long does a design take to create?

A design will generally take about 3-5 days to complete or less depending on its complexity and how many changes.
